Minorita templom (Szent Antal) , Eger
The church was completed in 1799 designed by János Povolni in Late-Baroque style. It was renovated in 1979, now it functions as a museum as well waiting for tourists and visitors. The building cannot be visited on Monday. The interior design of the church is different from the other Baroque churches in Eger.

11th to 17th Centuries. With the coming of the Normans around the eleventh century, the originally Anglo-Saxon village Middle Farm (Middleton) became known as Middleton Kaynes under the Norman lord of the manor De Cayennes. This later became Milton Keynes. The oldest domestic building still standing in this area is 22 Milton Keynes, a 14th.

The first was the best: Windsor, Bath and Stonehenge. Those are must-sees, IMHO. The next was good (Leeds Castle / Canterbury / Dover), and the last was ok (Wawrick Castle / Stratford (Shakespeare) / Oxford). Maybe you would love Oxford enough to do a tour with it, not Bath, but Bath is a very impressively beautiful city of great history.

Minorita Templom (a.k.a. Minorite Church or Saint Antony of Padua Church) is on Dobó István Square (Eger's main square). The Franciscan Order of monks built a church in central Eger in the 13th century. Out of humility they refer to their order as lesser or "minor" in Latin, hence the name Minorite.
